Roger Stone: You’ve just hit a very good point, and that is when the latest narrative on January 6th, which is the great recycle. One outlet said that the Feds are now focused on the fact that I was the mastermind – categorically false. Wasn’t there, didn’t know anything about it in advance, didn’t have any involvement whatsoever.
But I did reveal, and I was excoriated for it, that when I was in my hotel room at the Willard, shortly after the President’s speech, there was a call from the secret service, offering to escort me to the head of the march and up to the Capitol which I declined. By the way, two pastors, two reverend protestant ministers, and a police officer overheard all of that. Those are called witnesses. So for those who say, oh that’s made up, no it’s not made up. It’s a fact. It’s not a conspiracy.

The American left is still apoplectic about the fact that President Trump was able to clearly see that I was targeted in a malicious politically motivated Witchhunt and charged with fabricated crimes by Robert Mueller and his thugs solely for the purpose of pressuring me to testify falsely against the president in an Illegitimate impeachment proceeding. I refused.
The president recognized that I did not get a fair trial and was subjected to a Soviet-style show trial complete with a Trump-hating judge, a crooked jury Forewoman, a rigged jury, and prosecutors who not only hid exculpatory evidence from my lawyers but who defrauded fraud the court multiple times during my trial. This is why the President had both the strength and the courage to commute my sentence and ultimately issue me an unconditional presidential pardon.
The blood lust on the left is the only plausible explanation for the recently recycled canard the claims I was somehow involved in the illegal Actions of January 6. None of this is new. ABC News, CNN, the New York Times, and the Washington Post all heavily implied this in their coverage immediately after the so-called “insurrection”. It was false then and it is false now.
Recently in LA Times legal columnist attempting to pose as a journalist predicted that my arrest for being the mastermind of the January 6 activities is imminent. The upshot is that, yet again, a phony, maliciously-contrived air of suspicion and purported misconduct is inflated around me as MSNC/CNN pseudo-news mouthpieces like Harry Litman aid and abet the abuses of power by dressing themselves up as ‘legal analysts’, falsely bolstering their partisan machinations by misuse of official titles (like “Former US Attorney”) to fraudulently imply objectivity or some sort of non-political motives, as they churn out partisan spin for corrupt DOJ officials, disguised as factual reporting.
This distortionist Harry Litman is operating on the basis of conjecture, supposition, and smear the same tactic used against me in the baseless Mueller Witch Hunt. The whole thing is a bogus recycle which I believe is designed to render ineffective my efforts to raise money for my wife’s cancer treatments and endeavor which is unfortunately necessary since the Mueller witchhunt left my wife and I battered and broke. Adding to our burden is a harassment civil suit against us regarding back taxes in which every single assertion by the government is materially and provably false but sensationalized to imply my wife and I evaded taxes, which is categorically false. Restoring my wife’s health is my principal focus at this time and these false allegations are merely a distraction but the lies must be spelled out for the record. The left-wing fake news media is very much like what you see when one blackbird jumps off the wire and then all the other blackbirds follow suit. When a propagandist like Litman publishes a lie all the other propaganda organs like Salon, Mother Jones, and even their low rent cousins like Raw story recycle the most despicable of falsehoods. The same people who claimed for two years that I was a Russian collaborator new roll out this new lie. How transparent.
The LA Times seeks to make something out of nothing by pointing out that in a video that has been in the public domain for months having been hyped by ABC News in five different online smears based on guilt by association, some patriot asked me what will happen on January 6 and I respond “we shall see” Needless to say this innocuous comment proves nothing.
Unfortunately, this latest smear appears to be a replay of the abuses of power that we saw with the Russian collusion nonsense, with partisan animus driving law enforcement, rather than any credible pursuit of real crimes. As with the Russia hoax, the contrived case is ginned up via the usual propaganda media tools using (presumably illegal) leaks from persons inside the DOJ, where the claims aren’t just outright made up or ulterior-motivated speculation posing as reporting, with the intent to buttress official overreach. As with any such dubious federal law enforcement abuses with partisan taint to them, the people being targeted are the last to find out what the federal hatchet men are trying to cook up against someone.
They only tend to reveal their hand by anonymous leaks to sympathetic if not complicit so-called journalists or commentators, for the purpose of fomenting the narrative they want ( and need) to get away with making much ado about nothing that will hamstring and harm troublesome opposition figures. What they don’t do is tell their targets anything, much less what they are plotting and scheming against the target.
Let me say it again any statement, claim, insinuation, or report alleging, or even implying, that I had any involvement in or knowledge of the commission of any unlawful acts by any person or group in or around the U.S. Capitol or anywhere in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021, is categorically false And there is no evidence to the contrary nor any witness who can truthfully and honestly testify differently. Period.
Those who value their brain-cells and judicious use of their time can be forgiven if you are not aware of the former rapper 50 Cent. Although back in the day he was able to make decent music, his insistence on finding new and more underhanded ways to make money is a disservice to his otherwise mediocre career. It is his prerogative to water down what little industry credibility he has left, but his attempts to be seen as an advocate for Demetrius Flenory, better known as Big Meech, borders on criminal misrepresentation.
Not only is 50 Cent showboating about an insultingly small redress to Big Meech’s sentence, but he has also profited off his unjust imprisonment. The online subscription TV service Starz paid 50 Cent an absurd $150 million dollars to make a show, Black Mafia Family, about Big Meech’s life. There would be nothing wrong with this if 50 Cent had not taken advantage of Demetrius’ situation to scam him out of his life rights.
The fact that 50 Cent has used Big Meech’s unfair sentence to create a profit for himself, as well as his unwillingness to share with Big Meech, makes his grandstanding about the latest decision in his case even worse. I believe that the fact that Big Meech was sentenced to 30 years in prison for a non-violent crime is completely unacceptable, and he should be released immediately. I am the true ally of Big Meech in his fight for justice right now, not the former rapper who pretends to care about him while simultaneously taking advantage of the ubiquitousness Demetrius has been subjected to.
All of Big Meech’s co-conspirators, who received the same sentence that he did, have been released from prison in favor of house arrest because of Covid-19. Demetrius has petitioned the state on four separate occasions to be given equal treatment under the law, which he more than deserves because of his health concerns. Not only were his requests denied on each occasion, but he also even lost phone and email privileges because he exercised his right to petition the court according to All Hip Hop.
The reason this beef started between 50 Cent, and I was because he celebrated the reduction of his sentence by U.S. District Court District Judge David M. Lawson from 360 months to 324 months. I believe that he should be released immediately, and that 50 Cent is only pretending to be excited about his 2028 release date to smooth over his relationship with him so he can avoid trouble with the Black Family Mafia upon their release.
This three-year reduction has nothing to do with the unequal application of justice, his health conditions, or the cruel and unusual nature of Big Meech’s punishment–namely solitary confinement. It only happened because of a change to the United States Sentencing Commissions sentencing guidelines which reduced the punishment for non-violent drug offenses.
The truth is, 50 Cent is a punk-ass bitch because he is too chicken to publicly acknowledge his plan to line his own pockets off Big Meech’s exploits, life story, and persecution. With a failed rap career failing to pay the bills, grifting seems to be the only option available to 50 Cent.
I have been a staunch advocate for criminal justice reform for years. The situation that Big Meech is in is exemplary of what is wrong with the current system in America and why it needs to be fixed. I was working for U.S. presidents before 50 Cent was born to fix problems like this because I believe in the cause, not because I made $150 million off of someone else’s story. 50 Cent should be the biggest advocate for Big Meech’s immediate, and unconditional release, and the fact that he is not shows how duplicitous he is. I have nothing to gain from this beef, I only want the criminal justice system to provide justice to everyone without prejudice. That is why I believe we need to #FreeBigMeech now.

The Stones’ pastor, Randy Coggins of Raleigh North Carolina provided us an update on Nydia Stone.

During the two year ordeal, that Robert Mueller and his hateful and vicious colleagues put Roger Stone and his wife through, my wife and I became close to Roger and his family.
I have seen some comments in the media and on the left that have mocked Roger Stone for the reaffirmation of his faith in Jesus but I have seen firsthand that his rededication to our Lord is real and strong. It really doesn’t matter what Roger Stone’s critics think or say because all that matters is that He knows what is in Roger Stone’s heart.

Even I was astonished when on November 3, 2020 the US Justice Department was forced by court order to release the last remaining redacted sections of the long hidden Mueller report in which the special prosecutor was forced to admit that there was “no factual evidence” that Roger Stone had colluded with the Russians, WikiLeaks or had any advance knowledge of acquisition or publication of John Podesta’s highly embarrassing emails, which documented the efforts to cheat in Hillary Clinton’s contest with Bernie Sanders as well as the former secretary of state’s direct involvement in various dirty tricks against candidate Donald Trump.
Needless to say the fake news media which basically executed Roger Stone for over two years as a traitor and criminal provided virtually nonexistent coverage to this astounding admission by Mueller.
Having been destroyed financially by the Mueller inquisition the stones were already struggling when Nydia Stone was diagnosed with stage four cancer recently. I was allowed to visit her in the hospital only because I am a pastor and because I went to provide spiritual comfort.
I can tell you that the Stone’s faith is still strong and that Nydia Stone is a determined, resilient woman who is prepared to fight both spiritually and medicinally against this very aggressive cancer. Her spirits are excellent as she embarks on the difficult path ahead. She asked me to thank everyone for their prayers. She can feel them. Prayers and support are coming in from across the world for Mrs. Nydia Stone.
Nothin galls me more than the recent civil suit filed against Roger’s and Nydia Stone which baselessly accuses them of hiding income and secretly living a “lavish lifestyle” — having been in their home and spent many days with them over the last couple years I can testify first hand that this is an egregious lie and I pray to the Lord that the prosecutor who made this hateful and false assertion is exposed for his dishonesty.

A Pennsylvania man charged in connection with the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol was severely beaten by Washington D.C. jail guards at a corrections center, according to defense attorneys and another defendant held at the facility who referenced the attack in court Tuesday.
During a court appearance via Zoom on Tuesday, an inmate named Ronald Sandlin told U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich that guards at the Correctional Treatment Facility in Washington, D.C., were allegedly subjecting those held in connection to the Jan. 6 attack to violence, threats and verbal harassment. Sandlin described an attack that allegedly happened last month to another defendant charged in the Jan. 6 event, Ryan Samsel, while held at the facility operated by the D.C. Department of Corrections.
He told the judge that Samsel, “was severely beaten by correctional officers, [is now] blind in one eye, has a skull fracture and detached retina,” Politico reported. Richard Barnett, also charged in connection to the riot, was tackled “to the ground” by guards, Sandlin said.
Attorneys representing Samsel, Steven Metcalf and Elisabeth Pasqualini, did not return voicemails left by Fox News on Wednesday.
Speaking with the Washington Post, Metcalf detailed how his client told him about an incident that happened on March 20 when Samsel said he complained that the guards took hours to bring him toilet paper and an argument ensued.
According to Metcalf, Samsel was moved to another cell that evening and by midnight two guards arrived, tied his arms behind his back with zip-tie handcuffs and “beat him to a bloody pulp.”
The lawyer said his client has since suffered seizures for the first time in his life. The attack allegedly left him with a broken nose, dislocated jaw and damaged vision in one eye.
When he saw his client for the first time over video two weeks after the incident, Metcalf said Samsel’s face was still black and blue and the skin around his wrists stripped off.
“I have seen Ryan. He has two black eyes to this day, two weeks later. All the skin is ripped off both wrists, which shows the zip ties and how tight they were,” Metcalf said in a separate interview with Politico. “Other inmates said his face looked like a tomato that was stomped on.”
“We intend on filing a lawsuit against the two specific guards and the facility responsible for this scenario because Ryan Samsel did not deserve to get targeted and treated like this,” Metcalf added.
Pasqualini told Politico that Samsel had been moved to an “undisclosed location” early Tuesday and the incident when he was allegedly attacked by DC guards is under investigation by the FBI. The attorney said she learned about the incident from lawyers representing other defendants held at the jail.
The D.C. Department of Corrections said in a statement that the facility “takes the safety and well-being of all residents, staff, and contractors extremely seriously. We are aware of the allegation made by an inmate and it is under investigation by the Department of Justice.”
During the hearing Tuesday, the judge made no direct response to the allegations made by Sandlin regarding Samsel and Barnett. But Friedrich did schedule another hearing for Thursday to discuss Sandlin’s potential pre-trial release.
Prosecutors on Tuesday objected to Sandlin’s pre-trial release and told the court he had been in contact with “famed documentarian” Dinesh D’Souza.
“It would not surprise me at all if he absconded and tried to paint himself as the Edward Snowden of the Capitol riot,” a prosecutor reportedly said in court.
Sandlin also reportedly described what he categorized as racial tension between minority guards and the largely White suspects held at the jail, given that some suspects have been accused of belonging to White supremacist groups. Sandlin told the judge one guard declared, “I hate all White people and your honky religion,” according to Politico.
Samsel is charged with assaulting a U.S. Capitol Police officer and engaging in disorderly conduct. According to court documents, he allegedly pushed a barricade to the ground outside the building, knocking over an officer, causing her to hit her head on the stairs behind her and lose consciousness.
Samsel allegedly picked the officer up, telling her, “We don’t have to hurt you, why are you standing in our way?” The officer appeared semiconscious and left but collapsed later that day while arresting a different rioter, court documents allege.

During Roger Stone’s two-year struggle against what we now know from declassified documents was the politically motivated Mueller investigation, I became a friend and spiritual advisor to Roger Stone and his wife, Nydia. During this time, I have forged a wonderful friendship and bond with the Stone Family based in our Faith.
The Stone Family has asked me to announce that Roger Stone’s wife, Nydia Bertrand de Espinosa Stone, (Nydia Stone) has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer, which has spread to her lungs. Nydia Stone is determined to wage both a medicinal and spiritual fight against this newly discovered and aggressive cancer. She is stoic, brave, and in good spirits.
Nydia was her husband’s rock during his political persecution and trial and I know she will face this new challenge with the same extraordinary courage that has characterized her life. The Stones have been married 30 years.
Nydia Stone was first seen by the American public when 29 heavily armed FBI agents arriving in 17 vehicles, a government helicopter, and 2 FBI amphibious units, raided the Stone’s Fort Lauderdale home in the predawn hours of January 25, 2020. Mrs. Stone was paraded in her night clothes by FBI agents from their home for the benefit of CNN news cameras; the only media outlet allowed in the secured area perimeters set up by the FBI.
Mrs. Stone attended every day of her husband’s trial in Washington, D.C., before Judge Amy Berman Jackson. Roger Stone was convicted by a D.C. Jury – despite the fact that jury forewoman, Tomeka Hart, had attacked Roger Stone by name in 2019 on both Twitter and Facebook (as well as attacking President Trump) regarding the actual case in which she had been picked as a juror. President Trump himself had called out Hart, a Democrat who once ran for Congress, for what he said appeared to be her “significant bias.” Tomeka Hart hid these posts using a private setting during jury selection and trial and deleted them after Stone’s faulty conviction. The Judge ruled that Hart’s conduct did not constitute bias.
On Nov. 3, 2020, the U.S. Justice Department, by court order, released the last remaining redacted sections of Mueller’s classified report, in which the special prosecutor admitted that the had “no factual evidence” of Russian collusion, Wikileaks collaboration or any advanced knowledge of John Podesta’s purloined emails by Roger Stone. This information – which would have undercut Stone’s prosecution for lying to Congress by demonstrating that he had neither knowledge nor motive to lie – was withheld from Stone at trial both by the Judge and the prosecution. Needless to say, only the Washington Examiner and Buzzfeed reported this rare midnight release on the busiest media day of the year.
President Donald J. Trump issued an unconditional Pardon to Roger Stone on December 23, 2020 citing the bias of the judge as well as the misconduct of the Jury Forewoman in concluding that Stone had not received a fair trial, after Nydia Stone released a video calling on President to issue Clemency in her husband’s case.
Last month, the Biden Justice Department sued Roger and Nydia Stone for $2.2 million dollars in back taxes in a civil suit in which every legal and factual assertion by the Justice Department is demonstrably false. The Stone’s formal response in Federal Court in this civil manner will be filed on June 15, 2020. Having been welcomed in the Stone family home, shared meals and prayed with them, I can assert with certainty that the government’s allegations that the Stones’ are somehow secretly living a lavish lifestyle is a reprehensible lie.
The Stones have not underreported or failed to report any income or assets and in truth, they still struggle to pay for the basic necessities of life having been driven to the brink of bankruptcy by the politically motivated Mueller witch hunt. “This lawsuit is politically motivated and is a transparent fraud upon the court,” Roger Stone himself said last week.
As for Mrs. Stone, our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family at this difficult time. While the course of treatment for Mrs. Stone is not yet finally determined, the family has asked for privacy regarding Mrs. Stone’s efforts to beat this disease.
Although the insurance that the Stones have left will cover much of Nydia Stone’s medical expenses, the Stones have no funds to pay for natural and homeopathic remedies that have been proven effective in the fight against cancer, as well as the basic necessities of living.
